A mind-journey within the body

Sometimes, we can be very depressed

with a whole body of negative energy.

I once read an article

which taught me how to get rid of the negative energy:

Use your mind as a vehicle, sort of a rubbish sweeper vehicle,

to start an imaginative journey from the head, 

first to reach the forehead,

then two eyes, then two ears.

The mind goes back to the nose,

down the mouth to the neck.  

The vehicle can go down further to the stomach,

the belly and the legs and the feet. 

I drive this vehicle through the body

whenever I feel very depressed and full of negative energy.

And I always find this mind-journey

within the body very effective!
