Arbitrary Arbitration

Arbitration is a means of
resolving disputes between different parties.

Its effectiveness stems from its flexibility,
which allows it to bypass
the rigid application of law
and avoid the tedious proceedings of court.

For matters that do not involve
significant financial interest,
arbitration can provide
a simplified resolution process.
It allows one party to feel as though
they have won while simultaneously
providing the other party with
the same sense of satisfaction.
In this way,
both parties can feel that
they have achieved a favorable outcome.

However, fewer people now adopt
arbitration to resolve their disputes.
This is because many individuals or organizations
are more focused on achieving total victory.

Yet, the pursuit of winning it all comes with
the inherent risk of losing it all.

為爭一口氣的一方,得到上風;
