Aged Idols

When I was young,

I had several idols in various fields:

one was a novelist,

one was a pop-song singer,

and one was a painter.

Now they have all aged, 

yet they remain my idols.

I have also aged.

how it's exquisitely constructed, 

yet mechanical, 

and somehow slightly wrong
