The need to strike a work-life balance often 

becomes apparent when 

the pressures of work, life, or both 

reach a tipping point that begins to 

erode the quality of one’s life or productivity at work.

However, when the need to establish 

a work-life balance arises, 

it is inexcusable to ignore the issue, 

as inaction can lead to serious consequences, 

including potential tragedy.
